About Abhijit Dutta

I am Abhijit Dutta, residing in New Delhi, India. After my retirement as a Medical IT Professional, I am pursuing my childhood hobby of wood carvings.
My consistency is innovating and creating a large number of high quality wood handicrafts and bringing in the form of artistic home decor in people's living room. Whosoever, has a sense of art will appreciate the products and either own them or they would gift others.

At least 750 products are sold worldwide through different sources and the number is ever growing.Since childhood, I have been deeply fascinated by the beauty of wood and the way imagination could take shape through carving. What began as a simple hobby—shaping small figurines and experimenting with patterns—remained a quiet passion throughout my life. My professional career took me into the field of Medical IT, a space far removed from the creative world of art. For decades, my focus was on technology, systems, and problem-solving. Yet, the spark of carving always lived within me.

After retirement, I felt a natural calling to return to this childhood joy. With time finally on my side, I began to explore wood carving more seriously. What once was play became a discipline of patience, skill, and expression. I gradually honed my craft, experimenting with different chisels, techniques, and finishes. I discovered teak wood to be my favorite, with its fine grain and durability, giving each piece a lasting beauty.

Today, I create wood artifacts and figurines that not only reflect my imagination but also carry symbolic meaning and stories. This journey has given me a renewed purpose—transforming a childhood hobby into an art form that brings happiness to others and fulfillment to my own life.
